first off lottie is not popular. yeah, shes rich, but shes clearly somewhat of a loner (WHICH PARALLELS NAT?? WHICH MAKES IT MORE INTERESTING???) even courtney has said this in interviews. she feels ostracized, and a lot of it can be traced back to the flashback scenes we see, esp those about her relationship w her parents and her supposed mental illness. the 90s, especially the 90s in a high pressure rich family, was NOT a good place to have schizophrenia (and yeah theres the "she wasnt actually mentally ill" argument but that changes nothing because atp in the story her whole family and probably herself believed she was.

Then we have the nat characterization. The fanon "grumpy" to fanon lotties "sunshine". guys canonically nat smiles more than lottie. girlie was always grinning while lottie was experiencing the horrors all of s1. ofc they both went THROUGH it but that specific stereotype pissed me off sm i had to address it.

also, nat gets shown a lot as masc?? which is a fine headcanon but like for her style like the whole punk thing? she acc dresses relatively femininely.those are little irks abt nat but they bother me idc. too tired to write more on this rn but feel free to ask!

so basically taking this stuff into account - fanon lottienat uses a gross mischaracterization of both characters, especially lottie (also that suspiciously align w stereotypes HMMMMM) to literally make the ship more boring. You are making it a stupid and lame trope. You literally have these two insanely complex characters who mirror each other. Theyre not opposites attract, they are the same character in different skins. They're both loners, one because of her punk/rebel nature and nasty rumors, the other because of her mental illness and lack of closeness to people. Theyre both loners because of their social status and their fucked up home life. Theyre both providers - nat the hunter, bringer of physical and real food like the deer. Lottie the prophet, bringer of hope and, through the teams eyes, the birds, the bear, etc. Lottie who begs to be a martyr but is denied nat who runs from it but shoulders it anyways. They're both bleeding hearts they both give soul to the team and are some of the most genuine characters but they present it so differently.

The fact that the majority of content grossly mischaracterizes them and is the widely accepted fanon just.. sucks tbh. and the fact that people get so up in arms about them, and literally attack fans of other characters (lottielee fans... travis fans....) for no reason?? all these other characters do is contribute to what makes lottienat such a compelling and fucked up and interesting ship. i love them so much but lwk most of yall are insane and dont even appreciate them for what they really are.

I think one of my biggest annoyances with Gwynriel is the fact that Gwyn doesn’t even like Azriel that way. Instead of focusing on how far she’s come, her accomplishments etc everything seems to go back to Azriel. If you ever truly look At gwynriel theories and headcanons the focus is always on Az and Gwyn doesn’t have much of a story by herself, she doesn’t lead a story. She is a follower/tag along. I will always say this again and again: If she was that important to the point of having anything to do with the prisons, trove, TT/Gwydion she would have been introduced earlier on in the series. It’s that simple. She has nothing to do w the prison, Koshei or even the daggers/made objects. Everything about gwynriel is forced - from Gwyn and Az having feelings for each other to their plot. Barely anything of that ship makes sense when you truly start to unravel it.

Az is getting shipped with everyone except who he truly wants and thats just comical. I guarantee you, If Az interacted with any other woman - gwynriel shippers would split so fast and some will start shipping him with the new woman.

“His shadows hate elain” … why were they ready to strike Nesta all because she insulted elain? They also speak so can’t they literally just tell Az “hey man, we dont like elain”. Then part of this claim comes from the fact Elain made his shadows skitter which is something Az does himself.

I so want Elain to go to Spring and mention how she finds it stiffling/claustrophobic. Elain going to spring to live there is ignoring everything about her character and only focusing on the fact she likes flowers and by their own logic, Nesta should go to Day and Feyre to a more artistic court.

If Az soley wanted a mate and was so desperate for one - why on earth is he pining for someone WITH A MATE. It literally defeats the purpose of him getting a mate. Also its such a stilt to his character for him to want a mate and then get one. It doesn’t allow character growth and makes the idea of “mates” seem as a prize instead of this romantic connection. If he wanted a mate so badly, this man would be going after women with no mates. Not one that has a mate. The logic behind this arguement is so stupid,

Azriel’s bonus to me parallels Feyre’s whole scene where she questioned the cauldron because of Azriel. It was Sjms way of bringing it back and reminding us of it. Telling us “look! Another character is doubting elucien’s bond! Why is Az questioning the cauldron” etc. The only part of Azriel’s bonus where I got the ick aside from his and gwyns’ awkward conversation- is when he said Lucien doesn’t deserve Elain. I get where that statement was coming from but he isn’t someone to decide who deserves who. This is what doesn’t make sense: antis call Az entitled for simply WONDERING why Elain was given to Lucien, he hs made no move to break elucien up. He hs not forced anything onto Elain. He doesn’t dictate or control her interactions with Lucien, the fact he hadn’t planned a future for them either all show he is far from acting entitled. But eluciens needed a way to make Az seem bad and lucien better hence why latched onto this argument when it doesn’t make sense given what we know about Azriels character, his thoughts, actions and what he said in the bonus.

Every single fated mates ending up together? Cliche. Omg the trainer and his trainee fell in love? How unique. Its not like that is also a popular trope. I cannot give you any book/s in which 3 sisters end w 3 brothers, I however can pull out multiple books with the fated mates/warriors/trainerxtrainee tropes.

Too bad. Mass loves the IC - There is no reason why Nesta/valkryies and Az would go to another court. Wait - but the night court is Azriels home. Its where he belongs, unlike Elain who has to leave…but now they want Az to leave too? One thing you can trust antis to do is be consistent with their inconsistencies. Honestly, I was open to the idea of gwynriel but genuinely none of their theories or HCs make sense. In a general sense gwynriel is a good ship sure but you can generally ship any two characters together from the series. It doesn’t mean it’s happening & they’ll be endgame.

Gwyn definitely isn’t evil. However I do think she has the potential to become morally grey which im all here for.

The humming could put Pearl to sleep very easily, good at taming dogs, I suppose. + Last Life took place during summer. Warm happy summer, bright sunshine coming in through the windows, swimming by the river, tending to crops together, feeding the birds. Fun comfy summer together with who you love most. during double life soulmates shared some physical traits, due to mind fuckery done by the watchers tho, they didn't notice these changes on anyone til they found their own soulmate. Scott and Pearl got their hair ends the color of the other. Pearl tried so hard to cut it off, chopping her hair with an axe, but the teal ends only grew upwards on her new ends. In the end she resorted to "dying" it, with stuff like berries, flowers and animal blood... it sorta did the work and made her happy, but ppl also thought he smelled TERRIBLE and it was another reason to not approach him. + Double Life took place in winter, cold cold winter killing crops and freezing stray animals to death, snow storms forming like a dispute between parties, who once loved one another, now falling appart. The love is still there tho, it is and it always will be. To hate with such passion, you have to love first.

in limited life, while they *said* they were okay with one another and acted friendly while in a group environment, they still had some unresolved issues to cope with. Pearl probably looked down at the coral isles, from the frog tower. Yeah their teammates, neighbors and your mother could tell they were still not normal about eachother, but hey petty pranks and odd looks are better than torturing eachother! They still miss being together, but for both their sakes they gotta wait it out more. I can still recall our last summer, I still see it all. + Limited Life took place in autumn (different year). Autumn, where leaves start dying off, falling off trees. All that dead waste... it leaves the trees, it prepares for change. For once spring comes... they'll grow stronger once again :)

in secret life they finally found peace, forgave eachother mutually, better than they could have ever before. My sister, a flower expert (/hj), assigned them daisies, for they represent new beginnings. They finally get to be happy together, and they can be in different alliances! They have a good time when they do see eachother, no petty pranks for no reason. Scott even went out of his way to remind Pearl she didnt say "I love you" to him, to which Pearl immediately goes to apologize and say "I love you Scooott♡ does it still count?", and I swear I can HEAR him smirk as he goes ".. I'll take it..". People focus a lot on the finale I think. Healing is a process, it has ups and downs, of course Pearl is still hurt over double life, but she doesnt hate Scott. It wasnt just Gem who offered Pearl to join them, Scott very much wanted him with them aswell, and I refuse to think it was just out of "fear". He didn't wanna have to be up against Pearl again, theyd allied again, finally, fixed their issues. Just to be forced to fight again. I think they found peace in the end tho, while the Scar stays alive the other dead people stay around as ghosts, having to wait til the watchers get bored and make another season. I think they made up again after the finale. + afterall, Secret Life took place on spring. New life, a colorful flowery view, beautiful fields. All to share with a new bond, a new beginning. The new spring of an old connection. Beautiful and sweet. Similar to the summer they met.

in real life... I have NO platonic explanation for this, im so sorry but theyre literally a married couple. They ADOPTED A KID!! (Cleo, jokingly)("there you go little Cleo" "thanks mum!") I actually think they probably got engaged after the secret life finale, as ghosts, they spent a LONG time there afterall. Winners Void marriage!! Martyn officiated the wedding, Scar was Pearl's best man (theyre siblings to me but thats unrelated), Grian was their witness, I mean he had no option BUT to wintess this so.. also, during that kiss they shared, there was a spark of light in the void, in that deep darkness, the moon and his stars iluminated all around them. Back to the actual season, they can now joke around the old times no problem, they *can* have other alliances, but theyre back to good old. Like Scott said in secret life, "its destiny". Theyre faithed, way past double life, that was just a physical representation of soulmate bonds, but the connections are still real after, and were real before. I see these two bicker during real life and see a married couple, not one that hates eachother, but they tease eachother and roll their eyes at eachothers stupidity at times. They love eachother so much even with their quirks. + Real Life i'd say takes place in summer once again. Years have passed, and they passed them together. They already had something going on in last life but denied it, they were young and unsure. They've matured and are more sure of who they are and what they want. They have fun, once again, like last time.. walks along the seine, laughing in the rain, our last summer, memories that remain♡

abt what you've said, i think dz and chuuya can't exist as true characters w/o each other, unless you fundamentally change their truth. a lot of their good & bad (& inbetween) sides are exposed through their relationship, which i believe is asgr's very interesting way of employing "show-don't-tell." i don't think chuuya's storyline is over, because dazai's isn't, and vice versa. this doesn't mean i don't think they have their own arcs, just that these arcs Must involve the other — if dz's main conflict is good/bad + the mafia, chuuya is his biggest amiable tie to it, and if chuuya's conflict is his self + power, dz must be there for corruption. there's more to say there, but again i don't want to feed rimu's claims of us all being dormant essayists LOL

its great that we are getting more female characters in idw and the games but quite a lot of them are kinda boring and we still need more female villains

this franchise's "canon" has been fucked since the original classic games, trying to fix it in the sense that you can somehow make every little detail perfect is a lost cause. just pick and choose what you like

This is not a poll you can vote on but I'd like to introduce people to the polycule ship of Willow/Hunter/Gus from The Owl House. Personality-wise, they are all really smart, sweet, and strong and help each other through trauma and anxiety because they love each other.

Canonically, Hunter and Gus are bi and Willow is pansexual.

Hunter/Willow is canon but most of the fandom doesn't like Hunter/Willow/Gus because of a two year age gap between Gus (14 - he's super smart and skipped grades) and Hunter (16) (Willow is 15) but the fandom literally calls them The Emerald Trio and people adore them as friends. But I am here to convince you that they are in love !!

Willow and Gus are best friends who first bond over dealing with anxiety and not having any friends. Very sad but they become besties and support each other! Gus is also very protective of Willow when they first meet Hunter.

Hunter has had a lot of trauma in his life that he thinks is totally okay and normal. He has never known anyone around his age (16) or had friends until meeting Willow and Gus by joining their sports team at school. The teamwork!!

He has an ulterior motive for joining the team but has a change of heart when he sees how much he's hurt Willow and he puts himself in harm's way to protect the team. Willow is smitten with Hunter after this and they canonically send cute photos of their "pets" back and forth even though Hunter is technically the enemy. (Enemies to friends to lovers!)

Hunter runs away from home and Gus gives him food and starts to try and understand him more. Then Hunter saves Gus multiple times and Gus helps Hunter understand and get through an anxiety attack. Hunter sees some of Gus's worst memories and they bond, becoming great friends. (Later on Gus learns a traumatic secret about Hunter's past that he tries to help Hunter cope with in a healthy way too.)

Hunter gets what is assumed to be his FIRST HUG EVER from Willow and Gus.

They are literally blushing messes around each other who are super supportive, caring, and protective of each other after that. 

Willow and Gus are Hunter's biggest fans when he is being his full geeky self! They are just so happy for him! They are also both really big dorks!

They also worry about and take of each other!

I hope more people get into this ship because they're so good together and I would love to read more fanfics of them in a relationship, but for now I will just have to write it myself and it's a challenge I accept lol

So.. I dont know why but i was thinking about ships in general.. im not much of a shipper myself in the way that people come up with headcanons and stuff (its really not my thing i dont know how people does it but i find it amazing) the most i can do its just like the ship and giggle at their iconic moments and something like that i guess?

But then i was thinking about project sekai ships.. and i dont know why but- i just love every akito + vbs ships!! All the dynamics they have are so ❤ like i really dont care akitoya, akikoha or akian i love all of them!!! (I like akikoha and akitoya a little bit more but akian grew on me <3) akitoya has taken over my life :D no further explanation needed (i cried during the main story if they fight again ill uninstall the game i promise :"/) all the toya events specially walk on and on (the you are the best partner thing *dies*) and same dreams same colors!! That one is cute in general but akito was so worried for toya the while time 🤧🤧 and the nocturne interlude side stories of their cards and stray bad dog and- and their side stories in general aaaah and an ode for the pure of heart and the end of sounds of a summer festival and how he does things only for toya kahdjsbsjsjbsjsksj ❤️❤️❤️ dont get me started on their area convos!!! Akito being happy because toya is finally doing something that makes him happy (after reading sounds of a summer festival) the one where toya somewhat notices a really small tiny change on akitos hair a feels bad for not noticing properly and akito tells him to not worry about that and that he is surprised he notices something so small, the one where toya says he still has the list of songs akito gave him before starting bad dogs (at the music shop with kohane) the one where he notices toya a little down and they go for breakfast before a show (i dont remember if this one is a default area convo or if its after reading nocturne interlude) they are so ajdkdksks ❤️❤️

akikoha is so interesting and sooo cute! Like the area convo where they wait in the shadow of a building for an and toya because the wind was bothering kohane and when an and toya arrive, toya points it out and teases him and he quickly says to go to the live house alredy kajdjdksjsj and their interactions are funny and cute and- their height difference its so adorable!! And and how he recognizes her talent and determination like in toyas awakening beat/beat eater 3☆ side story!! And they even mention how he got angry about what arata said about kohane being an amateur and stuff (stray bad dog) and then toya teases him about that haha!! and the headcanons people make for them have me dying from cuteness overload they are so ajdjjajfjsju 🤧🤧

akian grew on me surprisingly, an teases him in any given chance xD Also Bout for beside you!!! They can understand each other so well and help each other, and- and they worry and care about each other sjshdjdhdjs <3 and stray bad dog when the moment of her card happens!! And her new year card OMG!! i've found the one yall. THE ONE. i've barely felt any self shippy feelings since March, since i opened myself back up to my old 2021 flame and we reignited what was, but 20,000 times better. i cannot begin to describe my feelings,, but i will certainly try

we had a, not so much a relationship in 2021 but we were definitely heading down that path together. i was really insecure, i didn't feel like i deserved her, for all the same reasons i'll get to later, and our time difference and her job put a lot of strain on our contact. this made me make the worst decision i ever made in early 2022.. to call things off with her. i dont remember much of that year now, it was one of the worst i'd had, sitting in regret and misery, trying to fill the hole, wondering why on earth i gave up the best thing i ever had. i realise now that my insecurity made me always need more from our connection to make me feel like i was worth it, that i was always asking too much and adding pressure bc i didnt feel secure if i didnt have that extra time, that extra reassurance, that extra "proof" that i was really worth her time. i made her feel like she wasnt enough when she did so much for me and was so valuable to me and my life. i was so caught up in my own self doubt that i was totally blind to it. the realisation i'd made her feel that way when i care so so deeply about her, it was a devastating revelation and one i have been working on deeply ever since. i thought with all this, there'd be no hope for us again in the future and our story was very much a closed book.

then this year came around.

i had a peak moment of feeling as though i'd hit rock bottom with no way back up, and had a full scale emotional breakdown in February that very nearly ended me. despite me ghosting her for what i thought was "the best thing for her" and being off and distant, avoiding her contact and trying to keep myself at arms length to try and do good for her i assumed in my head - she still DMed me that day, and told me that i still had value in her life and that she wanted me to still talk to her and call her. that fear of her life being better off without me speaking to her was in fact false, and we reconnected again on those grounds, started calling again, found a new rhythm and a new schedule.

our very first call after nearly a year, it was like old times and no time had passed. we still laughed the same and flowed perfectly. she told me of a trip she'd been saving for that fell through, and we joked that the trip to the UK she'd planned with me all that time ago could still be a thing - she ends up booking a flight that same call. and i instantly realised the problem with my enthusiasm and her asking me "is this ok, can i come and stay?" there was a minor problem, absolutely

i realised during these next few calls that my feelings for her never truly went away. i did try, i realised i connected so hard to Clementine and my ship with her as the accidental parallels to my previous were so stark. Jeffentine became so important to me because it was the happy ending i never got to have in that same scenario, or so i thought. i mean obviously the ship bloomed into more and its own thing over time but that foundation, that reason Jeffentine became so core to me i realise was not just because i loved Clem so much, but because i never stopped loving the person Clem was filling in for, no matter how much i tried to convince myself i had and fill the void with self ships and trying to move on by speaking to new people. it was part of the reason i hated seeing anyone else with Clem, besides the obvious - it was like seeing a stranger taking that happy ending away from me. it was during this period i had that afformentioned realisation that it was very likely my insecure behaviours and my added pressure that drove us apart, and with all of these things combined, i was being torn apart. it was hard enough thinking there'd be no avenue back together due to the time difference, but adding on that it was my behaviour that contributed to that, i thought there was absolutely no way.

i swallowed my pride, i called with her one morning in March, and i laid all my cards on the table. i apologised for the way i acted, the pressure i added to her, the way i made her feel like she wasnt good enough when she tried so hard, and i confessed that i still felt the same way i did back in 2021. to my utter disbelief, while it wasnt immediate (she was not long out of a difficult proximity relationship), she was open minded about our reconnection. i literally..... i could not begin to describe how it felt. how i mourned something for nearly a year, and had this small glimpse of hope.

the topic was to be readdressed later in the year, in her words, and since then we've just been flourishing. i've had one or two moments of doubt that she's reassured me on, but the change has been so drastic and so amazing. the new schedule navigates the 8hr time difference near flawlessly. we've got this brilliant fun dynamic and can talk together so easily, have comfortable silences or long incoherent NPC like babbles. we've both fallen asleep together on calls (not at the same time obvs with that time diff) she sends me mail, comforts me in all the many times of need i've had since due to medical problems, i love to listen to her stories and about her day, it's like 2022 never happened and we've been cheeky bouncing little cute romantic gestures now and then even though that topic wasn't supposed to come back til later in the year 🤭 we're both asexual (aego) and feel totally comfortable around each other knowing neither of us wants to tread any line of discomfort cus ultimately we both want the exact same thing, and have all the same preferences, to the point it's uncanny how fitting we are.

we're waiting until her trip to the UK in December to see if we're making things official -there's a lot of serious discussion that'd need to be had with me very emotionally and medically attached to the UK, but for now we're just living in the present and having fun and enjoying each others company and we'll worry about whatever else when the time comes. while i'm still insecure a lot of the time, it no longer manifests in needing something to negate it, i manage it on my own with the techniques i learned through CBT, and she boosts my confidence so much with her kind words and her actions. i open my eyes more to these things and use them to help navigate my insecurity, taking comfort in what is already right in front of me, knowing that if i wasn't good enough or wasn't the one, those things would not exist, those words would not be said. i'm so incredibly lucky and grateful for this second chance and i'm going to nurture this opportunity with all the love and self growth i can, in the hopes it will eventually hatch into the first relationship i've had in 6 years, and the first one i can actually genuinely call love.

because i do. it's not the right time to say the L word to her yet, that'll come when the time is right - but i'll say it here. i love her. i know it, it feels so genuine, i've never felt this way about anyone before in my life. not a single previous partner gave me this same sense of feeling like i'm on the right path in life the path that fate intended, and my destination is her. her laugh is so sweet and her personality is so peppy and confident and enthusiastic, shes got a brilliant sense of humour and a very sharp mind. she's serious when she needs to be but also very playful and silly. she's responsible, the perfect balance of childlike wonder and mature levelheadedness. she's immensely caring in her own unique love language that's unlike any other i've seen, there's no single category it seems to fall under as she covers so many bases with her gestures of good will, her kind words, the behaviours and things she will do for me that shows me she cares in her own personal way.

shes STUNNING. shes very self conscious of her appearence sometimes but man, i wish she could see what i see. shes positively radiant. her hair falls in the perfect way without even trying, her fashion sense is so well coded and falls so well on her perfect shape, her california dazzling smile and her sick piercings and her lovely tattoos and oh my gosh, her eyes. theyre the most beautiful sparkling ones ive ever seen, the most oceanic shimmery blue 💙

i'm so beyond enamoured with every single thing about her. there's not a single thing i would ever change about her, besides perhaps putting her in an L postcode because i want nothing more than to be by her side. i want her to be here, to be safe from terrible American healthcare and insane rent prices, the wildfires and earthquakes and pumas and sharks and whatever bloody else her state wants to put her in danger with. i want her to have the nice mild weather she craves, the cool breezes and the rain and the snow. i want to show her the world, and bring her to a safe haven here in the UK where she can always feel loved and always feel as perfect as she is, where she can access healthcare without having to worry about the cost, where she can live comfortably and financially secure, where she would never have to fear driving again with a solid public transport system, or getting to be the passenger princess forever (i've gone on record saying i will absolutely learn to drive to achieve that, i would be her personal 2002 ford focus chariot 😭💀) i know it's too early to say but i know that if she wanted to as well, later down the line, i feel like i've found the person i would love to spend the rest of my life with. settle down, let her have any dog she wants in a nice large house in Merseyside, take them for walks in Formby, travel Europe together now it'd be right on her doorstep, go and see all the old castles and architecture she loves and just feel at peace knowing neither of us would ever have to be scared or fearful of the one we love ever again. i hope to achieve even just a fraction of this during her first two week visit, to show her all the beautiful places in the UK, to show hercmy home of Liverpool, and how welcoming, friendly and picturesque it is. to welcome her into my flat and have her feel so comfortable and safe and happy that it ends up feeling like an extention of her own home too. i wanna see the wonder in her beautiful eyes as she takes in this whole new world she's never experienced before, and be the man to show her these things, and show her the true meaning of trust, love and companionship.

While i did misread this one, there has still been asks similar to this that i did catch. against both Heart AND Mind. I usually just delete them since ive already stated i was against that [it IS in the rules btw & some of yall need to read that again before submitting. including the shipping and suggestive rules]. But there been quite a bit over time & it still keeps happening even now, along side some other things. [im not good at writing down & explaining my thoughts but i'll do my best]

A lot of people treat it either as if its for a joke, downplay or ignore it, or even infantilize parts of it [mainly toward Heart]. The last being an especially horrible way of talking about depression and portraying it. Theres a lot of people here [including myself] who struggle with that and its just harmful or annoying to see the main part of the album get horribly misinterpreted for many many reasons.

Which semi goes into the third point being that, for Whole especially, these characters are no matter what connected to CJ himself. So I will repeat that I do not want ANY shipping headcanons, suggestive/nsfw headcanons, and no headcanons about Whole that are too closely related to CJ. That mainly being pronouns or any other sexuality for Whole.

And not only have I stated this but Jash himself has said that Whole is basically just him. Even saying that with HMS; he has his own ideas for them but lets the public decide & choose their own for them. While for the other, he says "He/Him for ‘Whole’, though, seeing as it’s just me."

While yes there are ways to go about HMS being Whole or Whole as a character, he is still connected TO Chonny. This also goes for the other versions of him like the Power Hours. They are, to me, too closely connected to CJ that I don't feel comfortable giving headcanons to a Real Person.

Again there are ways to go about it where its more from the idea of the album/single itself. it being a headcanon about the content but not the actual person. Especially when he clarified it already that at least Whole is just him, so likely the the other albums are as well.

While all of that is not ALL the submissions, a good majority of you are chill thankfully, its happened enough to where it needs to be stated again. Either way just take caution when sending something in and just PLEASE read the rules before doing anything.
